Adge’s roots in Cape May County run deep. Growing up in Dennisville, she graduated from Dennisville Elementary School, Middle Township High School, and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stockton University. Her local upbringing instilled in her a profound understanding of the community’s needs and a passion for giving back to the area she calls home.
A Career Dedicated to Mental Health
Before co-founding BestLife, Adge spent over a decade as a Care Manager and Supervisor for Cape Atlantic CMO, tackling some of the most complex cases in New Jersey. Her experience there shaped her belief in breaking down barriers to mental health treatment and inspired her to create a space where counseling services could be accessible, innovative, and compassionate.
