About Me
Pam is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with more than 11 years of experience supporting individuals and families through addiction, trauma, and life transitions. She holds degrees from Douglass College, Rutgers Law School, and the Rutgers Alcohol Studies Program, bringing a well rounded and integrative perspective to her clinical work.
Pam’s background includes counseling across multiple levels of care, as well as founding 7Seeds Yoga, a nonprofit offering holistic programming for people affected by trauma and substance use disorders. She has served diverse populations in treatment facilities, children’s residential programs, prisons, schools, and community settings.
Her specialties include addiction, trauma, psychodrama, meditation, and yoga. Pam uses CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and somatic approaches, and is passionate about any modality that helps clients move forward.
Guided by her love of healing, art, and music, Pam brings warmth, creativity, and deep compassion to her work. She is grounded in the belief that connection and presence create true change.
