Did you know? 1 in 5 moms and 1 in 10 dads suffer from postpartum depression. People of every age, income level, race and culture can develop Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). Defined as the time from conception through one year postpartum, PMADs include: Depression (PPD), Anxiety (PPA), Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Postpartum Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Bipolar Disorder, and Postpartum Psychosis (PPP).
