About Me
Taking care of one's mental health not only positively impacts physical health but also overall well-being. Kait is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has recently
completed clinical hours to become an LCSW. She has worked in the mental health field for the past 7 plus years, within the community, and on both an outpatient and inpatient level of care.Within those years,
Kait has worked with individuals, families, and groups. She has facilitated various forms of groups including group mental health therapy, psychoeducation groups, and mental health support groups.
Kait has experience working with several mental health diagnoses including, but not limited to, Bipolar I/II, Borderline Personality Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Schizophrenia as well as Schizoaffective.
She has also worked with clients that have co-occurring substance use disorders.
In her most recent experience, she has been able to assist people with managing their mental health as they deal with grief and bereavement.
She will work with clients and their families to address any needs that are identified. Together, they will create and implement a treatment plan and work towards the end goal. Kait looks forward to taking the
steps with clients and their loved ones to start living their BestLife!
